Asphalt and Bitmac
Northstone produces the full range of "off-the-shelf" recipe mix BS 594 hot rolled asphalt and BS 4987 macadam (bitmac). We also have in-house technical expertise to design both asphalt and macadams to BS 598-107 to meet today's rigorous performance specifications.
For those not familiar with all the technicalities of flexible bituminous surfacing, our experienced contracting staff are able to guide our customers to the selection of the right materials and construction details to suit any situation, from light duty use all the way through to materials which can withstand high loadings such as HGV lorry parks.
