Road Surfacing
Northstone manufactures, delivers and installs quality road surfacing materials to all types of projects for both the public and private sectors.
We supply all types of materials – hot rolled asphalt, bituminous macadam, coloured macadam and proprietary thin layer materials. We have the expertise and flexibility to carry out all types and sizes of surfacing schemes:
- Highways – construction or resurfacing, from minor roads to motorways
- Reinstatement works for utilities
- Fast-track retail park developments – junction realignment, access roads, car parks, including drainage and SUDs
- Private development sites – we offer everything from complete packages, building from the ground up, to final surfacing on access and distributor roads, footpaths and driveways
- Private works – all types of surfacing, from farm lanes and silo floors, to driveways
Installation of all coated materials is carried out as per the requirements of *NHSS16 For the laying of asphalt, which is independently accredited by the BSI
