Silo Mortar
Northstone silo mortar is premixed dry mortar delivered to site in robust free standing silos. Each silo is rapidly erected on site and commissioned by our qualified service technician. Mortar can then be produced on demand for immediate use. Northstone provide an on-site silo refill by bulk road tanker.

Product Specification
Our silo mortar is manufactured to ISO 406:1987: Masonry Mortars. and complies with the requirements of ISO 325: Part 1: 1988 Code of Practice for use of Masonry.
Water pressure: to be minimum 3.0 Bar/15 litres per minute mains supply, or alternatively water may be taken from a header tank.
The Northstone support team will provide information to the customer on the safe operation and maintenance of Northstone Silo Mortar units prior to operating the silos.
It is the responsibility of the contractor or hirer to ensure that all site operatives using Northstone silos are instructed and experienced in their use, in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation
