Farrans Own Microsoft Office Specialist
Matthew Kudilil, that well known stalwart of the Farrans Commercial Management Team at Dunmurry, is a man of many talents. His latest exploit is to use his undoubted information technology skills to train some 300 staff across the Farrans business in Microsoft Excel 2010 Basic and Advanced. This represented some 1200 training hours in total.
Clearly Matthew was not satisfied with this achievement as he quickly followed it up with training a total of 100 staff in Microsoft Outlook 2010 which involved a total of 400 hours of training investment.
Matthew’s credentials include having passed the demanding Microsoft Of fice Specialist (MOS) examinations in Excel 2010 and Outlook 2010. These examinations are delivered directly and certified by the Microsoft organisation in the United States and is regarded as one of the World’s leading information technology certifications.
Matthew’s line manager is Commercial Director, Sean Bradley, who is very much appreciative of Matthew’s skills and attributes as he told Northlink recently;
“Matthew is ever dependable and has been unstinting in his willingness to develop the skills of colleagues at all levels across the Farrans business. He began delivering internal training courses in 2009 and every year since then he has delivered annual training courses at our regional offices and sites including Kilgallioch Windfarm, Westland House and the New Wear Crossing. His considerate approach to training has done much to enhance the capability of our people and he is to be congratulated for it”.
High praise indeed for one of our Farrans unsung heroes.
